40 firefighters were called to the property on Greyhound Road just before 5:30 yesterday evening.
Four people, including a baby, evacuated before crews arrived, while a woman was rescued and treated for smoke inhalation.
The blaze, believed to be accidentally caused by an electrical fault, was under control within an hour.
