That’s according to the council which introduced a Public Spaces Protection Order in May 2024.
The measure was introduced in response to longstanding concerns about drivers waiting to collect customers from Heathrow.
Residents in Stanwell reported blocked driveways, inappropriate parking, public urination and defecation and excessive noise.
Council officers have issued warnings and advice to more than 2,000 drivers in the time.
