They have been ordered to pay nearly £6,000 collectively in fines, court and victim costs.
The Council has challenged over 90 people, seized 32 cars and issued Penalty Charge Notices since action began in May.
The authority says the prosecutions will continue over the coming months with 20 more scheduled between now and March.
