31-year-old Tyrone Richards, 24-year-old Anton Clarke-Butcher and 30-year-old Omoneke Whyte have appeared in court.
They are charged with stealing two suitcases from two separate women and using the noxious spray on both on December the 7th.
Ambulance crews treated 21 people, including a child, after they were exposed to the spray in a multi-storey car park at Terminal 3.
The men are due to stand trial in June.
