Ana Stanescu, of Chingford, is accused of eight counts of stealing mobile phones by distraction.
The alleged offences took place between April and September 2024 at locations across the three Surrey towns.
She has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Southwark Crown Court on Tuesday, 20 January 2026.
