South East Coast Ambulance Service is piloting AI in its Emergency Operations Centres across Surrey and the wider region.

The AI transcribes patient calls into structured medical notes, cutting administrative time and improving efficiency to free up clinicians.

The pilot builds on trials at Great Ormond Street and will guide wider use across SECAmb and other ambulance services.

SECAmb says the trial will help clinicians focus on patient care and deliver faster, safer responses for people in Surrey and beyond.
