Chelsea’s Hannah Hampton has been awarded FIFA’s Best Women’s Goalkeeper Award.

The 25-year-old played a key role in England retaining their European Championship title, and helped Chelsea win a domestic treble.

Hampton started WSL game for the blues, ending last season without suffering a single defeat and keeping 13 clean sheets.

Manchester City’s Gianluigi Donnarumma picked up the men’s award, for his significant role at Paris St-Germain before joining the club this summer.
