Lejunae Wood, from Germany was arrested on Thursday, and will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court today.
The charge follows an incident that took place in Hayes in 2007 when a four-month-old baby was injured.
At the time the child’s injuries were deemed to be life changing and he passed away at the age of 14 in December 2021.
