Two-time Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz says he’s “heartbroken” to pull out of Spain’s Davis Cup Finals due to injury.

The world tennis number one picked up a hamstring problem in his defeat to Jannik Sinner at the season-ending ATP Finals in Turin.

He finishes the year with eight titles, including winning the French and US Open.
