Seven-time Wimbledon Champion Novak Djokovic believes world tennis number one Jannik Sinner’s three-month doping ban will hang over him like a “cloud” for the rest of his career.

World Anti-Doping accepted the Italian’s explanation that a banned steroid entered his system accidentally in 2024.

Speaking in an interview with Piers Morgan, Djokovic also says he believes he “didn’t do it on purpose”.
