More than £58,000 worth of illegal goods have been seized across Surrey.

19,000 illegal cigarettes, 8,000 grams of illegal tobacco and 7,000 illegal vapes were uncovered during the most recent day of action.

Operation Machinize is a partnership between Buckinghamshire and Surrey Trading Standards, Surrey Police and the Home Office.

Tobacco detection dogs were also used to search high street businesses suspected of criminal activity during the action.
