The first new residential block in Ham Close has officially “topped out.”
The regeneration is being led by housing provider Richmond Housing Partnership who own and manage the current homes there.
Once completed, the redevelopment will provide 452 new properties.
That will include the full re-provision of existing social housing and 78 affordable homes.
