Another housing development has been green lit by Croydon Council.

Regina Road paves the way for up to 340 new homes, including more than 200 affordable ones.

We’re told the project will also create green spaces, play areas, a pre-school, and improved walking and cycling routes.

Earlier this week, the council also announced it had approved plans for the 800 property Greystar’s One Lansdowne development.
