More than £200,000 has been approved for community projects across Epsom and Ewell.

The cash is coming from a levy placed on developers working across the borough.

Among the projects approved is the introduction of a road safety scheme in Ruxley Lane and Ash Dieback tree safety works.

Over £1,000 has also been allocated to smaller projects which will see the realisation of a new building for the 3rd Epsom Scouts.
