The route connects Coombe Lane West in New Malden to Coombe Road in Raynes Park.
Bridge safety maintenance is due to be undertaken by Transport for London every weekend until the 17th of November.
The closure caused reported delays on the surrounding roads of over three hours during its first weekend last weekend.
