Travelling via Wood Lane is set to take more time for the next 10 weeks.
That’s because Cadent Gas started work today at the junction of Wood Lane, Scrubs Lane and North Pole Road.
This work is expected to significantly affect traffic, buses and pedestrians.
Temporary traffic lights and bus diversions will be in place throughout, with lane closures planned for the later stages.
Cadent Gas says the work is to urgently upgrade gas pipes in this area.
