22-year-old Daniel Ellingham pleaded guilty to assault, threats to kill and racially aggravated offences.
The offences followed an incident in Epsom town centre on the 20th of October last year.
He’s been sentenced to 20 months, suspended for one year, and ordered to pay £154 in costs.
