This phase of works will see the old pool buildings removed, followed by the former café and three King Street retail units.
It’s expected to finish in early December, paving the way for main construction to start early next year.
There will be new homes, public spaces, and a revitalised riverside that better connects Twickenham town centre with the Thames.
