The ceremony at Hounslow House on Wednesday recognised individuals and groups making a difference in the borough.
Winners included BEfriend, which supports socially isolated people, and Can You Challenge, which runs free kids football sessions.
Council Leader Shantanu Rajawat praised the winners for their generosity and community spirit.
