The aim is to make Richmond Council’s offices greener, more efficient, and better equipped for modern day working.
All authority services, including the Customer Contact Centre, will remain open and accessible throughout the project.
Work will commence in the Stable Block as part of the first phase of works with works to the Civic Centre commencing in spring.
