You may have heard of a blue plaque, but have you heard of a green one?

Wandsworth’s Green Plaque project honours notable people, places and events not covered by the traditional English Heritage scheme.

There are 17 green plaques in the borough with 12 new ones to be installed thanks to a grant from the National Heritage Lottery Fund.

Among the new people to be honoured are Reggae legend Bob Marley, who played football and trained at Battersea Park.
