There are reports of wildlife being catapulted in parks and ponds across Epsom and Ewell.

We’re being reminded that it is illegal to intentionally kill, injure or take wild birds, including swans, or to damage nests or eggs.

Police and neighbourhood teams are patrolling the areas more often and are asking the public to report any incidents.

You can also report problems to the Environment Agency, RSPCA, or the Swan Sanctuary in Shepperton if a bird is injured.
