It’s a disease that’s been in the spotlight recently because of the death of rocker Ozzy Osbourne.

But one man in Sutton has been trying for years to raise awareness of the progressive neurological condition which has no cure.

Arthur Hookway is the chair of the Sutton Kingston and Epsom branch Parkinson’s UK.

He’s welcoming news Sutton’s Councillors have unanimously agreed a series of measures to support residents living with the disease.
