Kensington and Chelsea Council has been laying out its plans for the annual three-day event.
It’s made an additional £230,000 available in grant funding to support preparations including a Youth safe Zone for under-19s.
It’s after concern was raised in previous years about anti-social behaviour and criminal activity including knife related incidents.
