The Court of Arbitration for Sport says its rules “ensure fairness” after upholding the decision to demote Crystal Palace from the Europa League.

The Premier League club claim it was “impossible to receive a fair hearing” after their appeal was unsuccessful.

CAS have responded – saying no objections were made when parties were given the chance to raise concerns over the process.
