Five of England’s European Championship winning squad have been nominated for this year’s Women’s Ballon d’Or

Chelsea’s Lucy Bronze and Hannah Hampton are joined by Arsenal trio, Captain Leah Williamson, Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo.

Hampton has also been nominated for the Yachine Trophy for best women’s goalkeeper.

Lionesses manager Sarina Wiegman is nominated for the Johan Cruyff Trophy along with the bosses of Chelsea and Arsenal, Sonia Bompastor and Renee Slegers respectively.

Elsewhere Michelle Agyemang, Young Player of Euro 2025, has been nominated for the Kopa Trophy.

Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly is among the nominees for the men’s Kopa Trophy.

The award recognises the best under-21 female and male player.
