More than 600 people have been fined for fly-tipping in Wandsworth so far this year.

623 Fixed Penalty Notices have been handed out by council officers.

Fines have been issued for breaches including dumping mattresses on residential streets and rubble on back streets.

Large scale fly-tipping can result in a Magistrate’s Court appearance with a £50,000 fine, and/or a 12 month prison sentence.
