The chase began on Weybridge Road heading into Addlestone yesterday, but officers lost sight of the suspect on the motorcycle near Bourneside.
Shortly afterwards, a man on a silver bike was stopped nearby, and a bag was found close to the scene.
He’s been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and conspiracy to commit theft.
Police have seized the silver push bike and say if you’ve had yours taken in Elmbridge, you should get in touch quoting PR/45250095255.
