Sutton’s Jack Draper was a game away from going out but turned the match around to beat home player Thanasi Kokkinakiss in five sets.

Jacob Fearnley also progressed with a four-set victory over Frenchman Arthur Cazaux

But Jodie Burrage and Harriet Dart went out.
