Parts of Sutton, Epsom and Ewell have had interruptions with their supply from SES Water since Monday.
Nonsuch’s headteacher, Alex Williamson-Jones, says there was no water at the site for toilets or cooking and it was a hygiene risk.
The company says the issues have been caused by a valve at Cheam Water Treatment works and it has opened bottled water stations.
