MP for Esher and Walton Monica Harding has said that the £1bn in Wednesday’s budget for special educational needs “is not enough”.

The Lib Dems MP has been speaking to Jackie’s Josette Lesser.

However, she praised the Labour party for listening to Lib Dems MPs after “campaigning on this issue since we were elected”.
