Six of Surrey’s eleven boroughs are being given extra help to decarbonise.
Decarbonisation is the process of cutting carbon dioxide emissions that have occurred because of human activity and industrialisation.
Surrey County Council is offering the support to councils including Reigate and Banstead and Spelthorne.
The offer includes a Business Decarbonisation Loan and a carbon calculator tool which is free on a one year licence.
