FIFA have announced they’ll open a “global dialogue” over potential changes to the transfer system.

It’s after the European Court of Justice ruled some of its regulations break EU laws.

The decision was reached after legal action from former Chelsea, Arsenal and Portsmouth midfielder Lassana Diarra.
