40 year old Michael Davis from Mitcham plead guilty to 29 offences, including attempted burglary, fraud by false representation and thefts.
The order means he must not enter a shop without a means to pay, conceal items and must show a receipt for any purchased goods.
He was also handed a one-year suspended sentence, must participate in drug rehabilitation, and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
