Several drivers have been fined for using a no-access road as a cut through at high speed in Epsom.

The sign displayed on Chalk Lane means they can only enter the road if accessing it to visit an address or business there.

Police have received complaints from horse riders that it’s being used as a rat-run by drivers at school drop off times.

Multiple drivers have been handed fixed penalty notices in a day of action.
