A woman working at Reigate and Banstead Borough Council has won Gold for Best Apprentice of The Year.

Tilly Newton, form Shepperton, is an Environmental Health apprentice.

She joins only a few other successful apprentices to have won the coveted prize since its inception at the SME Surrey Business Awards.

Tilly says, “it is truly a day that I won’t forget. My cheeks are aching from smiling so much”.
