Women, ethnic minorities and older people in the borough have been identified as those who need additional job support.
Residents will meet an employment advisor, create personalised career plans and CVs, and prepare for job applications and interviews.
Work Hounslow will also partner with employers to ensure that employees are paid at least the London Living Wage.
