A mass “make-do-and-mend” session will take place in Kew next month.
Residents are being invited to take their broken items to St Luke’s Church on the afternoon of Saturday the 14th.
Volunteer repairers will offer their time and advice to help participants have a go at reviving their beloved belongings.
Items that can be repaired include electronics, radios and lamps, toys, and small furniture.
