From next month, people will be able to use contactless or oyster cards at 47 additional National Rail stations.

It’s being extended to Ashford, Egham, Kempton Park, Shepperton, Staines, Sunbury, Upper Halliford, Virginia Water and Wraysbury.

The tap-in tap-out technology will activate from the 22nd of September.

Customers in these areas will be able to seamlessly switch between different trains, tubes, London buses and trams.
