Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca says his treatment of Raheem Sterling hasn’t been “brutal” but “honest”.
The England international is among several players training away from the first team squad after being told he can leave the club.
Sterling’s representatives had called for “clarity” after he was left out of Sunday’s Premier League opener against Manchester City.
Maresca’s been asked about that ahead of tonight’s Conference League qualifying first leg with Servette.
