Business leaders in Hounslow have taken part in a training session to prepare them how to react in the event of a terrorist attack.

The Council-led workshop was delivered with the Met Police and focused on Martyn’s Law which is expected to pass this year.

It’s named after 29-year-old Martyn Hett who was killed in the Manchester Arena terrorist attack in 2017.

Participants in Hounslow were talked through how to produce a counter terrorism risk assessment and how to spot suspicious activity.
