A number of people have been racially abused in Epsom High Street.
Police say the incident was reported in Derby Square last Friday at around 7.30pm.
A man allegedly targeted people in the area shouting racial abuse at them.
A 53-year-old man from Epsom was arrested suspicion of racially aggravated public order and has been released on bail.
