The versatile back is returning to 15s on a permanent basis, following a successful stint with GBs 7s on the World Sevens Series.
The former Bristol Bears player has represented Wales at the 2022 Rugby World Cup, and throughout the 2024 Six Nations.
She’ll join fellow GB 7s player, Grace Crompton, who signed for Quins last week.
