A new “Local Plan” has been agreed by councillors in Kensington and Chelsea after four rounds of public consultation.

The document outlines how the borough should be developed over the next two decades.

Some of the key policies include defining “tall” buildings for the first time and introducing stringent fire safety measures.

The council says it’s committed to completing the process early as part of its ongoing response to the Grenfell tragedy in 2017.
