An inspection report into Feltham young offenders institution in London says conditions have “deteriorated significantly”.

The unit, which detains 15 to 18 year-olds, has been suffering from “rising self-harm and very high levels of violence”.

The use of force at Feltham A has risen by 68%, while disorder had tripled since the last inspection.
