The Supreme Court’s ruled passengers are entitled to compensation, if flights are cancelled because of staff sickness at airlines.

The case was brought against Heathrow based British Airways.

It comes after a couple who’d been refused two-hundred and twenty pounds to make up for disruption caused by a pilot falling ill.

BA argued it was out of their control.
