Their Giant Pledge to Help Beat Childhood Cancer campaign was launched after their son was treated at The Royal Marsden in Sutton.
George was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive tumour in 2017, when he was 4 years old.
He is now cancer free, and the couple said it ‘blows their minds’ to receive the honours.
