A Metropolitan police officer from Croydon has been fined £1500 for manhandling a woman on a bus in front of her young son.

Jocelyn Agyemang was wrongly arrested for fare dodging last July.

She said Perry Lathwood – a 50-year-old PC – had a look of “contempt” in his eyes – when he grabbed her by the arm.
