Epsom Derby winner City Of Troy will drop down in trip for the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown.

He will bid to become the first Derby winner to follow up with victory in Ewell for nine years.

The Eclipse at Sandown is over a quarter of a mile less than the Derby City Of Troy ran.

His owners, Coolmoore, also said 2023 Derby winner Auguste Rodin will run in the Prince Of Wales’s Stakes at Royal Ascot on 19 June.
