Harry Owusu-Manu was found guilty in February of two counts of attempted murder following a five-week trial at the Old Bailey.
His victim, who was deaf and pregnant at the time, was treated for smoke inhalation alongside her daughter.
He was sentenced today to life in jail with a minimum term of 22 years.
